Bachelor in Industrial Management Engineering, he founded Rotoniv in 2004
as a manufacturing facility dedicated for sewage plastics manholes products,
agriculture and playgrounds. Wide experience in both commercial and technical management
after 6 years as purchasing manager for a high-tech company in Israel (1,500 employees).
He has developed, designed and assisted in the commercialization
of new products according to the Israeli and EU criteria.
Charlie Ozana
Senior R&D and Projects Manager
Plastic Engineer with 25 years of expertise.
14 years in Keter Plastic – specialize in plastic injection molding and process, all plastics manufacturing methods, plastics materials.
Special relationship in the far-east and in EU for manufacturing and R&D process.
Jalal Besher
Production Manager
General Engineer with previous experience in medical equipment and electronics.
He joined Rotoniv in 2006 as department manager and became a key member
in the R&D of the machines and tool of the rotational molding.
Created and built all the testing machines for QA and certifications tests.
Gadi Elmoznino
Mechanical Engineer
30 years of experience in mechanical engineering (tooling/machines).
He joined Rotoniv in 2006 as part of the development team for the new products
as well as for the tooling design.
Responsible of all the 2D/3D structures and drawings to be created.
Shayno Cohen
Senior Sale Manager – Local Market and Overseas
10 years of sales and knowledge in the manufacturing sector.
Creator of custom design for the end user needs.
He has increased the sales of Rotoniv in Israel by 50% and overseas in 20%.
Henry Elmaleh
Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
Engineer in Electronics.
After joining Rotoniv 2010 as QA manager, he created the QA system to match the Israeli
and the EU certifications of the product.
Responsible of all the data and communication with the QA authorities in Israel and EU.
